The size of the room was great - nice living and kitchen (full size refrigerator, table and sink) space with large desk and plenty of dresser and closet space. Breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked. Pleasantly surprised that the baseball stadium was directly across the street as we attended two games. Downtown was within a 10-15 minute leisurely walk. We took an informative two-hour guided walking tour of downtown Pittsburgh, took a two-hour (non guided) bike ride along both shores of the Allegheny River and took a ride on the Duquesne Incline for a great view of “The Burgh” and the Three Rivers.

Great hotel and location if you're in town for a Pirates or Steelers game. Also, great location if you're in town for any concert events or Penguins game at PPG due to the free train with a stop nearby to take you to stops downtown. Nice parking area which was convenient. Staff is super friendly and helped explain the train info. Rooms are nice and very clean upon arrival. The area around the hotel is nice too with lots of restaurants and bars and a short walk to get some great views of the river and downtown.

The breakfast was great! Lots of options. Staff was friendly and nice. The check in was disorganized. The one check in staff did not seem to be organized or knowledgeable. We got there at 3:58 to check in and room was not ready. Was told to go park and then had to come back in and wait in a line full of ppl in the lobby to be checked in. So basically had to do the check in process twice. The room exceeded my expectation.

Location was perfect for PNC, Stage AE, and Ariscure stadium. Walking distance to a lot! We loved how cold the room was (came in August) ..AC works gooood! Absolutely loved our 1 bedroom suite with full kitchenette. Loved the outlets actually worked well and the bed setup with the lights and nice alarm clock/iPhone charger dock.

Heather

Our bucket list to see a Steelers game had the bonus of our room being lit up at night by PNC field where the pirates play. There were many places to see within a 15 min or less walking from the location. If you have kids definitely check out the Children’s Museum.
